Creating Custom Column and Custom Expressions

You have the ability to create a custom column in your data sets to create a custom column, and you can define custom expressions. Let's explore how to do that.

Lets look at the following example. Where you want to create a custom column called "Amount in Canadian Dollars"

  1. First you have to select the data set "Borrows"

  1. Locate the "Show Editor" button and click on it. This will open the editor interface.

  1. Look for an option or tab to add a custom column. Click on it to proceed.

  1. You'll find a text field where you can enter your formula. To convert an existing amount into Canadian dollars, the formula is given below in a screenshot Then provide a suitable name for your custom column, such as "Amount in CAD"

  1. Once you have entered the formula and named the custom column, click the "Done" or "Apply" button to save the changes.
